Youth Leadership & Civic Engagement Program

A structured program for students and young adults to build leadership skills, gain real experience, and engage meaningfully in their communities.

Designed for:
    •    High school students
    •    College students
    •    Recent graduates
    •    Individuals looking to build new skills and access meaningful opportunities

Program Structure

   •    6 in-person training sessions
   •    Civic knowledge
   •    Communication skills

    •    Professional conduct
    •    Teamwork & accountability
    •    Required volunteer practicum (up to 10 hours)

After Completion

Participants may be considered for:
    •    Advanced training
    •    Paid outreach opportunities

Selection is based on performance, readiness, availability, and project needs.
Completion does not guarantee paid work or employment.
